At glowebikes, we’re committed to offering quality golf carts, electric bikes, and a wide range of parts and accessories, including air conditioning systems, belts and rollers, body parts, brakes, damping components, electrical systems, engine parts, filters, induction components, ignition systems, interior accessories, lighting components, oils and fluids, wiper and washer systems, suspension components, tires, steering systems, transmission components, tools and equipment, and care kits. Along with exceptional customer service, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary, so we offer a flexible return and refund policy.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund, return your golf cart or any of the above products within 30 days of purchase, unused and in its original packaging. Follow these steps:

Email customer support at contact@glowebikes.us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Return the product to glowebikes with the RMA number displayed on the package, fully paid and insured.

Once received and inspected, glowebikes will process your return.

Return Policy
To initiate a return, contact us for an RMA number by calling +1 2155982521 or emailing contact@glowebikes.us. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. After receiving the RMA, send the item to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

COD packages and freight collection are not accepted.

Assembly costs are non-refundable.

Items with minor wear, missing packaging, or manuals may be returned with a slight deduction for missing items.

We do not accept returns for damaged items.

Vehicles or products held for over 50 days or used are not eligible for a return or refund, though repairs can be arranged at your expense.
Additional Details: Returns may incur a restocking fee based on the item’s condition. Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment with no cancellation fee.
